These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
- First through good faith negotiations between the parties
- If unresolved, through mediation in Dubai, UAE
- As a last resort, through the courts of Dubai, UAE
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime HR Advisory Services regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, or natural disasters.
